Can Windows 10 use a JamBlaster as an ordinary USB input device to REAPER, Audacity, etc.?

Should I be able to plug in a double-ended male USB cable and have the JamBlaster show up as a audio USB device to use for recording into "regular" DAW software like REAPER or Audacity? I got a notice that a Linux USB Audio Gadget was found and set up, but I don't see the interface in those apps. I did unplug the network cable from the JamBlaster and try that, too.

But no joy...
